How to apply for Master’s

Master’s level studies

Master’s level studies are provided by both universities and universities of applied sciences (UAS). In Studyinfo you can find most of the degree programmes offered in English. Check the exact dates and instructions in the programme descriptions. The application period for programmes starting in the academic year 2017–2018 begins at the earliest in November 2016.

How to apply for university of applied sciences (UAS)

You can apply for UMaster’s level degree programmes provided in English in joint application and separate applications. When applying in separate applications, you need to fill a separate application form for each programme.

After you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes a link that you can use to make certain changes to your applicationPlease note that this link is personal!  Giving it to someone else means they can make changes to your application.

Who can apply?

In order to be eligible to apply for a UAS Master’s level degree programme you must have completed a Bachelor’s level degree or other higher education degree and have a minimum of three years of work experience after the completion of the Bachelor’s degree.

In certain fields, that is Hands and Craft, Communications and Fine Arts, Theatre, and Dance and Music, the work experience can be replaced with artistic activities and merits.

How to apply for universities

You can apply for universities’ Master’s level degree programmes provided in English in joint application and separate applications. When applying in separate applications, you need to fill a separate application form for each programme.
