Education in the 10th grade is provided in Finnish or Swedish, so applicants must have the skills to study in these languages.
You can apply for the 10th grade after the actual joint application round. Admission to the 10th grade is based on the basic education certificate of the current or previous year.
After the education, you can apply for either vocational upper secondary education and training or general upper secondary education in the joint application round.
If you wish to improve your chances of participating in vocational upper secondary education and training and, at the same time, improve your language skills in Finnish or Swedish, you can apply for preparatory training for vocational upper secondary education and training.
